Yes — for clarity and peace of mind, we generally work on fixed-price contracts once the design and scope are finalised. This ensures there are no surprises and gives you confidence in your budget from the outset.
It depends on the scope of work. Smaller renovations may allow you to stay, while larger extensions or full-home remodels are easier and safer if you move out temporarily. We’ll give you clear guidance upfront so you can plan accordingly.
Our work is primarily based in southern Tasmania, but we do take on select projects outside of Hobart depending on scope and alignment with our expertise.
